HERE ARE 9 EASY STEPS TO BECOMING A CMA FRANCHISE:
STEP 1
Complete and return the confidential application form to CMA Cambodia Head Office.
STEP 2
CMA Authorised Centre selection committee will review the application form. Application will be accepted or rejected for further processing.
STEP 3
If the application is accepted, we will invite you to visit CMA Cambodia Head Office for further discussion and to understand our product and business philosophy better.
STEP 4
Review Authorised Centre Agreement together.
STEP 5
CMA Cambodia Head Office will sign Authorised Centre Agreement with Licensee. Deposit payment of 80% of total franchise fee to be effected.
STEP 6
Finalise the centre opening schedule.
STEP 7
Finalise the staff and teacher's training schedule.
STEP 8
Project implementation.
STEP 9
On-the-job training (Internal Control System Training).
